I have Coached and trained kids from 2nd grade to 12th Grade. I have been coaching for 3 years and have been training for 5 years. I have Coached AAU and High School teams, with 509 Insanity and Eisenhower High School.

In High School, I was a 3-year Varsity Starter and Captain. I was also a 2x CBBN Honorable mention. After High School, I played at Multnomah University for 1 year. I then transferred to South Puget Sound Community College where I played for a year.

During a training session, we will focus on the less developed parts of a player's game while continuing to strengthen their strengths. During a session, we typically start with some form shooting and then right into ball handling. Once we finish ball handling, we will progress into shooting from different spots while dribbling. We will work both dribbling into different shots and moving without the ball into different shots. As always, you must finish the training session with made free throws; the amount will vary depending on the day.
