More About Coach Tc

TC is an NCCPT Certified personal trainer with his CPR certification. He works with male and female clients ranging in age from youth to adult.

TC began playing football in a local youth organization. He was asked to play for Team USA during his senior year of high school as a quarterback. He developed his love of personal training during his 5 am workouts throughout his high school career and realized then he wanted to help others achieve their personal fitness goals.

Targeted training for specific areas of the body depending on the clients goals, including pushing people outside of their lcomfort zone to achieve new personal bests.
