More About Coach Taylor
I have been doing lessons for 5 years now focusing on hitting and defensive lessons. I would work camps and academies during my time at Indiana University and would do lessons on the side. I now am a graduate assistant at FAU and work with the players and staff everyday.
I played four years at Indiana University where we went to regionals 3 years in a row, and big 10 championship 2 years in a row. At my time at Indiana I was a 2 time NFCA All American. Most recently a 1st team All American my senior season. I set multiple hitting records in my 4 years including career homerun leader, career rbis, career batting average, career doubles, single season batting average, single season rbis, single season doubles and single season slugging %.
hour lesson hitting:
- 10mins of movement prep
- 30 mins of tee/ front toss work
-20 mins of machine to end the lesson
Hour lesson defense:
-10 mins of throwing progression
- 30 mins of fundamentals/ drills
- 20 mins of live fungo and live game like reps
