Hello! I’m coach Tim, currently a professional soccer player for Michigan Stars FC. I’m currently coaching at the Michigan stars academy,(2008-2016 age groups)
I’m currently a professional soccer player for the Michigan Stars FC.I also play for the Zimbabwe National Team and i have more than 20 national team appearances. I played in the African Cup of Nations with Zimbabwe in Gabon.
My typical session is we start with warm up, dynamic movements and stretches then speed and agility,Technical workouts,Fitness, passing drills and then we go into specific training for an athlete either goalkeeping drills or field players drills, cool down, stretches and done
