More About Coach Sylvia
I have been active probably since before I could walk. I danced, I played basketball, softball, I was on a swim team, bowling team and volleyball team. I didn't do everything all at once, but at different ages I was into different sports.
After I graduated from High School I joined the American Academy of Personal Training and completed their accredited program.
I completed their program in March of 2009 and in April I was hired by New York Sports Club.
Since then I have been a personal trainer for them as well as independent. In 2012 I was certified in group exercise. I currently teach Total Body Conditioning, Abdominal, Zumba and UXF classes. UXF is a crossfit inspired NYSC branded class.
The way I am in a session depends on your goals and what you are looking for. I have clients who want to be pushed and yelled at with large goals in mind and I have clients who just want to maintain what they have. So it really depends on what you are NEED as well as what you tell me you WANT.
