My goal is to rock my clients' worlds! They deserve my enthusiasm and I project that to them. I'm know as Slammin Suzi because I work hard at getting my clients excited about their lives and their potential. I taught/studied dance 18 years, currently hold: 4 Zumba Licenses- Basic, Gold, Kids, Aqua.
I hold certifications in: Personal Training , Spin, Aqua fit, Core n More, Tabata, Barre, Senior Fitness and Coach Vocalists and Actors. Professional Vocalist-Actor.
Clients workout in my home studio, Lifetime Fitness (3 Locations) M.A.C. 3 locations, Curves 2 locations. I offer personal training on-site in clients' homes and am CPR CERTIFIED. I am working on several other format certifications to remain on-top of the industry's most effective workouts.
I work with all ages: kids to seniors, rehabilitative and elite athletes - if someone wants to create his/ her full potential - I am definitely the coach for them!

Mostly dance-oriented work in my formative years. Currently, working with rehabilitative/senior clients who need target-specific programs. We focus on reframing the body and mind through breathing, small-muscle work and rhythmic workouts - we eventually add weights for resistance - I use a stability ball in most of my workouts so that we may engage the core effectively and not over-stress muscles and joints. If a client has a preferential form of exercise, we incorporate that into our sessions.

Every client is unique - each one has a hand-tailored program designed for his/her needs and abilities.
We assess their starting points - set goals - discuss options for future workouts. We create a designated program and, if requested, nutritional guidance, as well.
