Sunny has years of experience training and cross training athletes and beginners of all ages. Her background is based in dance training. Her interest in body movement and conditioning is why she reached out into other aspects of fitness. She is NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified as a personal trainer. Her years of study have made her the kind of trainer that can adapt to any individual, key word individual. Every person reacts differently, learns differently, and wants different things from a workout.

Every session will be unique to what the client’s needs are. Focus will go towards the goal of each client, the area of fitness they want to improve in, and the individual needs found throughout our sessions together. If you come in wanting to work on flexibility and then through training we find that you need work on your leg strength I will adjust and add to help with what you need.
All classes will start with a thorough warm up focusing on correct alignment for safety and optimal stretching and muscle work.
Fallowing the warm up we will dive in to the workout. Using everything from body weight exercises to weights and cardio machines to medicine balls and resistance bands (depending on our workout location and the needs of the client) to put focus on the specifics that each individual client is looking for.
