I focus on PLAYER DEVELOPMENT. In other words I don't just put my athletes through drills, but instead I focus on the "why, what, and how." WHY are you doing a specific movement, WHAT is the purpose, then HOW it translates to success on the court. I have been training beginners to pros since moving to Arizona in 2013 after my playing career.

I wad rated the #3 best player in the state of Ohio my senior year of high school. I played on the same AAU team with LeBron James. I was offered over 40 scholarships to play division 1 basketball. I chose to attend Robert Morris University because of the prestige it carried after I graduate. After college I played 6yrs of professional basketball in Europe and along the way I had 2 NBA tryouts.

You can expect to be challenged mentally and physically. I believe you must train your mind as well as your body in order to be the best player you can be. I want every player I come across to be a extension of a coach on the floor. You will also become a complete player, you must learn how to do multiple things on the court because that will make you not just impossible to guard, but also impossible to take off the floor.
