More About Coach Steven
I have been involved in some form of fitness for over 12 years, and have worked as a trainer since 2012. I work with many young athletes at the Parisi Speed School in Stamford, CT, and have worked with adults as well. My experience ranges from large team practices, group classes and 1 on 1 private and semi private sessions.
I currently hold certifications as a NASM CPT, CrossFit level 1 coach, CrossFit Strongman, TRX RipTrainer, Parisi Performance Coach, Precision 1 Nutrition (in progress) and IYCA Youth Strength and Conditioning Coach (in progress)

All sessions vary based on the athletes goals and needs. A typical session consists of a warm up, mobility work, strength building, power out put/conditioning work and a cool down. I like to use body weight, resistance bands, kettle bells, squats, dead lifts, presses, odd object carries, sleds, olympic lifting, ladders, hurdles, as well as other pieces of equipment. What we use will be determined by the athlete's goals and needs.
