I am a hitting instructor at Cove Baseball Academy in Glen Cove. Have done thousands of individual lessons, group clinics and team practices
Recently retired from 6 years of playing professional baseball within the Toronto Blue Jay and Arizona Diamondback organizations. I reached the Triple-A level with Arizona in July 2014.
I'm a firm believer in using video analysis to see how the body works. I usually break down a MLB'er and use drills to mimic their movements
