I stress fundamentals and positioning at all times because that's what wins at every level of wrestling, from youth to the Olympics. My students have included brand new wrestlers, all the way up to athletes who have qualified for national/international teams. I also help jui jitsu and MMA competitors strengthen their wrestling game for their sports. Sessions include vigorous strength and conditioning drills depending on the goals of the athlete.
