More About Coach Stephany

I am a former Universal Cheerleaders Association cheerleading camp instructor. I come from a high school and All-Star competitive cheerleading background. I have been employed by the Universal Cheerleaders Association as a qualified judge since 2008.

- I was captain of my Middle School (Rocco Laurie), High School, and All Star Level 5 team (SI Spirit).
- I won the SI Spirit All Star Cheerleading Award for Most Valuable Cheerleader in 2006 and 2007.
- I was pre qualified at UCA Pine Forest Cheer camp to try out for UCS's NorthEast Staff.
- I worked as a traveling instructor for the Universal Cheerleaders Association southeast staff between 2008 and 2010.
- I have judged regional and state cheerleading competitions though out the southeast since 2008.

-Sessions run for one hour.
-Each session is independently tailored for each athlete/s.
-I will travel to your home or local gym for each session.

I focus on overall technique in dance, cheer, jumps and stunt group synchronization.

Conditioning, Warm up, Stretch - 20 min
-All cheerleaders should warm up with a simple "get the blood flowing" workout and stretch.

Cheer/Dance Session - 50min
-Motion placement, 8 count synchronization, facials, crowd appeal, voice projection

Jump sessions - 50min
-Warm up, Intense stretch, jump drills, Toe touch, Right hurdler, Left Hurdler, Pike, Front Hurdler

Stunt Group Sessions- 50min
-Prep, Prep Cradle, Prep Twist Down, Extension, Extension Cradle, Extension Twist Down, Liberty one leg (after one leg is based on stunt group experience)
