With many of the College Drills and NBA Shooting Drill, Each session will be much more than a routine. It will be a time to push through and to make working hard a way of life. This teaching will provide you with the tools needed to be more explosive, powerful, faster, quicker and most of all, Smarter. We will work with agility bands, leg weights, shooting machines, etc; Get ready to increase you stamina. All sessions will come with fruit and water for nutritional purposes.
