3 years coaching club field hockey K-12 and 2 years as a high school JV head coach and asst varsity coach. Completed USA field hockey level 1 coaching certification and a memeber of USA Field Hockey
Played from the age of 12 through high school, then college at the University of Birmingham (leading college club in the UK). Also played for Edgbaston field hockey club whilst at Uni. Had a few years break and then played for St Albans Field Hockey club, where i was coached by England GK coach
I follow the USA field hockey coaching plan, which is the use of game zone and skill zones and applying the GROW methodology
