More About Coach Simone

In the amount of time that I have spent coaching, I have worked with both boys and girls. I have coached at the middle school, jv and varsity levels. I have 4 years of club experience with ages 13-17. I have even dabbled in coaching developmental ages such as 7-10.

I played volleyball at Alcorn State University. In 2015 I went to junior olympics and placed 11th in the nation with my teammates. In 2014, I was the MVP for my high school Varsity team, I also earned 2nd Team Honors the same year.

I will always begin a session with a proper warm up and stretch. The beginning of the lesson will be leading/building up to the final 30 minutes of the practice. I love to focus on basics and skills and I always encourage questions to ensure my athletes are understanding and focused.
