More About Coach Simon
I started to coach along with playing a few years ago at Tottenham with the under 23s where I got to learn from some of the best coaches in the world. I am now playing for Monterey Bay and in my second season with the club and currently on the U.S soccer B course.
I am in year 19 of being a professional player. I have played for multiple teams in my career ( Tottenham Hotspur, Leyton orient, Aston Villa, Derby county, Ipwsich, San Jose Earthquakes and Monterey bay. as well as representing England under 16,17 and 18 level then going on to represent Jamaica senior team and playing in World Cup qualifiers, Gold cup and Copa America tournaments. I am now in my second season at Monterey bay.
I will first evaluate where the player is at technically and what could be improved. I will take the player through technical and skill drills to develop them as individuals to enhance performance.
All ball work will increase the fitness level. I am a strong believer in working with the ball at all times even to improve fitness.
