My experience in coaching started after I began playing overseas with the United States Army. At the time, I assisted my coach, Command Sgt Major Tommy Love with extensive training and continuous conditioning of the other players on the team. It was at this time that I found helping other individuals become better to be a fulfilling, humbling and rewarding experience. After I discharged from the U.S Army in 2009, I sought to continue coaching by assisting a local A.A.U team on the south side of Atlanta, Georgia.

I started playing basketball at the age 4, and it has since been my first love. Throughout elementary and middle school, I played amongst classmates, neighborhood friends and within the community. In ninth grade, I joined the Junior Varsity team at Boyd Anderson High School, leading the team to a championship that very year. In tenth grade, I was selected to join the varsity team, and by senior year I averaged double-double performances every game, in addition to averages 4-5 blocks, and being named one of the top performers in South Florida in 2003. I attended St. Augustine College for two years in which I was the sixth man, and played the small forward position, and the joined the military in which I played in the states as well as overseas. After I came back to the United States, I was recruited to play with the Atlanta Blaze, as part of the World Basketball Association.

Training sessions vary depending on the client’s needs and what areas they may be looking to improve on. I specialize in shooting fundamentals, defense stances and movements, shot blocking, conditioning and dietary habits and health, so each player can continuously improve and meet their goals in order to be successful.
