More About Coach Sianna
I’ve spent several summers during college coaching at youth summer camps for kids ages 5–10, and I’ve also led private training sessions for elementary school-aged children, focusing on fun, skill-building, and confidence. I know what it takes to compete at a high level and now I want to help others unlock their potential and build the strength, discipline, and confidence.
I was a Division 1 athlete at the University of Washington, where I started all four years and earned MVP honors at the Portland Invitational my freshman year. I played forward all four years at Washington. Competing at a high level taught me discipline, teamwork, and leadership—values I now bring into my coaching and training.
First we would warm up to get the body warmed up to prevent injury. Then we would move into more technical skills, followed my tactical awareness. Then we would do finishing, some conditioning and finish with a cool down.
