I have played basketball all my life from elementary school to college. As far as coaching I have coached teams in tournaments such as Junior Knicks, Dunkers Delight, AAU, Divisions 1 and 2, P.A.L.,The Hill that's Real, Adidas, Rod Strickland Camp. With coaching and training I have a combined 20yrs + in and looking to add more years to come.

Trained and conditioned with Nick Young, D'Angelo Russell and others.
First we stretch for 15 minutes followed by a nice 15 minutes warm up. 30 minutes exercise session. 30 minute drills. 30 minutes 1 on 1 scrimmage. 15 minutes cool down. 15 minutes for a motivation speech , confidence boosters and a lot of praise to close the session in good vibes.
