I am a certified Personal Trainer in the Brentwood/Antioch area, NPC Physique Athlete. I coach from NPC competitors who want to get stage ready to the average person wanting to get in shape.
I have been competing for 17 years started in Bodybuilding, then Figure and now I am in the new Physique category. I have 5 first place and overall wins also two trips to the Nationals where I was top 20 in the US.
My heart and passion is to help others achieve their level of fitness and to show then that it's a lifestyle not a quick fix.
