More About Coach Sharrod
I have a Masters in Basketball. I have played overseas for 13 years and some NBA. I no longer play the game but now love to teach the game. I have trained 2nd grade all the way to professional and I have coached all levels at camps, AAU and high school
I played at Clemson University (GO TIGERS). While at Clemson I earned all 13 All ACC . I have played overseas in Germany, Italy , Russia, Paris and Turkey. I also have played with the Suns and Spurs in the NBA. In Germany we won a league championship but also have earned Defensive Player of the Year.
When training with me athletes can expect intense professional training. A typical session includes conditioning, rebounding, shooting, offensive and defensive drills. Most importantly teaching. Teaching the how’s and why’s of basketball. In a session you can expect me to give 100% effort as I expect 110% effort from my clients.
