Work on specific skills that the player is requesting to get better at, basic training on good technique that will help young athletes to succeed. IQ knowledge about the game of volleyball. Helping them understand what high school and Club teams are looking for in athletes. And ultimately getting kids scholarships to the next level which is college.

Simply amazing!!!!

Excellent coach and great teacher, my daughter went from from liking volleyball and playing to having fun and loving the game. Solely in part to her confidence growing with the fundamentals. Coach Shannon not only took her time with my daughter but really helped her understand the basics and building on that. Will definitely work with Coach Shannon again.

Coach Shannon is amazing! She was very patient and professional with our daughter. I Highly recommend her. We plan to schedule more coaching time with her. Just with in 1 hour of training our daughter, she learn far more than she has over the last year.

Coach Shannon does an awesome job explaining why form and footwork are important. She pushes the player to self diagnose before she reiterates the correct form. I love her methodology!
