I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer with three years of professional experience helping athletes aged 8-18 achieve their potential. I believe that exercise and healthy lifestyle habits are the foundation for a happy and fulfilling life. Whether your goal is to increase your athletic performance, build your self-confidence or just need help getting started, I am here to help you achieve it. I take a personalized approach to each athlete, working with you to create a customized program that fits your unique needs and level of development. My training philosophy is based on functional movements and healthy habits, using a variety of exercises and thought changes to help you build confidence and increase your overall health and happiness. I believe in making fitness fun, educational and sustainable, so you'll look forward to each session and stay motivated to keep pushing yourself to improve. I played football, basketball, baseball and was a rodeo kid growing up. I know the value of diversifying the sports you play as a youth athlete.

A typical one hour speed, agility and quickness session (SAQ) will start with a 5 minute warm up followed by a core and balance. From there, we'll progress through SAQ drills and end with a cool down and stretching to make sure you're setup for success in the next sessions to come.
