If you do personal training, I highly recommend Shane! He's super cool and down-to-Earth, knowledgeable, and designs some workouts that will kick your butt into shape without being overwhelming or scary. One of the first leg workouts he gave me, I laughed a little because my first instinct as a former rugby player was that it was about to be an easy workout, but by the end my legs were jello and I was cursing (lol).
