In a health club ( T.Boone Pickens YMCA Dallas) setting I've had the pleasure of working with former professional baseball players, ex college athletes looking to get back into shape and helped a MLS soccer player during his off season.

At T.Boone I worked with age groups between 30-75 with varying skills and abilities.

I got my start at the YMCA 6 years ago after being a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise in 2009.

I competed in Track & Field middle distance running and long jump while in high school. And played Australian Rules Football and cricket while growing up in Australia.

My typical session consists of
1. Self massage
2. Breathing drills
3. Low level core activation drills
4. Active warm up using resistance bands and body weight
5. Power exercises using medicine balls, bands or body weight
6. Strength work using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and body weight
7. Conditioning work or a metabolic finisher
