What a client should expect from me is to work on all aspects of a players game.Ball Handling, shooting, passing rebounding etc. From there once you get a better understanding of the position that each player plays we can cater to specifics of that position If I'm traiining a point guard we will work in guard situations such as screen roll ,pull up jump ,effective dribble moves to get to the basket and finish at the rim.On a first meeting with a client I would start with ball handling drills up to 2-3 basketballs, then add basketballs and tennis balls to work on hand eye coordination also add in medicine balls to work on strength and quickness.Next we will incorporate some more ball handling while we attack the rim with different types of finishes. From there we ould go through form shooting right at the basket until we venture out to the mid range area.Once we are shooting from the mid range are we will work on coming off screens shooting off the dribble foot replacements and creating space to get your shot off.Throughout the session I will work in conditioning getting players up and down the floor this way they are working in a game like atmosphere.
