I currently compete at Westcliff University on the indoor and beach volleyball teams. I have been there for 3 years after 10+ years of playing.

Off of one session with Coach Rena, clients can expect intense and specific technical trainings as well as specific guidelines as to health/diet/exercise trainings to help prolong the session and translate into athletes everyday lives.
