i Played Youth in Medellin, Colombia until 13 years old. Came to America and played in MAPS (Now MLS Next) until end of high school. Played JUCO and then transitioned to Semi Pro UPSL.
Something to expect from a typical session is the understanding of the game. I believe we play with our heads (Mentally) and we use our body as tool to execute the right decision. Depending on the age of the athlete I will consider more on what to teach. If the player is just starting to play i like to teach him/her to love the game first, rather than if he/she was more advanced then I’ll focus more on what the player should improve for their level and position on the field.
