Sebastian Diaz

I have 5 years of experience working with youth, high school, and college baseball players. My players range anywhere from 5 to 17 years of age.

While playing professional baseball and during my off-seasons, I’ve worked many youth baseball camps and have also given private instruction to many players.

I am a former D1 and D2 collegiate athlete. I played at the University of Miami and Nova Southeastern University.

I won a National Championship in 2016 and also
have 4 years of professional experience. In 2018 I was an all-star in my respective league and lead all infielders in HR and 2b's hit.

I really like to connect with my players to fully understand how they approach the game. From there, I evaluate their ability and move forward with any mechanical correction I see need needs work. This applies to hitting, pitching, or defense.

We want to correct any insufficient mechanics/movements the player may have. I do this by implementing specific drills for the athlete so he/she could self correct by repetition, while at the same time explaining the drills so the athlete fully understands the purpose each drill.
