I have spent the last 4 years coaching and instructing at the youth level in the Howard County area. I typically work with young athletes between the ages of 7-16 years old. I hold a NFHS Level 1 Coach credential as well as a Coaching Essentials certification from the Human Kinetics Coach Education program. I have NFHS safety training and certification from the American Red Cross in First Aid/CPR/AED.

I grew up playing lacrosse in the Howard County area. As a high school athlete, I received a Varsity Letter for lacrosse all four years and made the All-County Team as a Junior and Senior. I was the leading scorer in the county my senior year and went on to play DII lacrosse in college.

A typical session would consist of a quick warmup followed by an initial assessment of skills and/or progress update from the previous session to align with training objectives. Training would continue with skill development (scooping, cradling, passing, catching, shooting) and end with conditioning drills.
