I typically like to evaluate any athlete on the core skills of their position. For example, if I am training a goalkeeper I will test save technique, handling, distribution methods, cross play, and overall shot stopping ability. From this evaluation, I will develop a targeted plan to develop the athlete further in the areas I have deemed weaker while maintaining a holistic approach to the position.

Client Reviews

Coach Sean has proven to be an outstanding trainer from day one. He really connected with our son one-on-one which was lacking in other trainers he worked with. Being an active keeper himself, Sean is able to understand both the physical and emotional needs of a keeper and help prepare the kids he trains. This approach has been instrumental in helping to build our sons confidence along with his goal keeping skills. His drills are awesome and exactly what you would expect from a college trained keeper. I would highly recommend Sean to anyone who wants their child to advance and more importantly enjoy the position.

Coach Sean was awesome! He is personable, energetic, and communicative. Our son received terrific instruction and feedback from him, and is looking forward to the next training sessions.

Coach Sean was very professional and organized. My daughter really enjoyed their session. He used great drills and techniques We will be committing to more training.
