More About Coach Sean

I have over 20 years of experience of personal training experience working with various demographics for different goals including weight loss, sports performance, pre/post physical therapy, pre/post natal and various medical conditions (Parkinson's, Cerebral Palsy)

I have completed multiple Ironman triathlons as well as Spartan obstacle races (finishing in top 30%). I have competed in soccer, track, and baseball.

Everything is client/goal specific but will typically include some form of warm-up (ideally dynamic/mobility), followed by a specific block of exercises or drills specific to workout (fitness or sport). Skill exercises are applied where appropriate, concluding with a cool-down and summary of what was accomplished, what the client should do on their own before the next session, and outline of our game plan for the next session(s) to come.
