Most of my experience so far has come from my playing career. I played division 1 baseball, was a team captain, and even threw the first no hitter in program history. Throughout the years I have attended and helped coach several camps, done private sessions, and worked with athletes of all ages. My playing career has come to an end but I continue to educate and research the best ways to help motivate people. I am MPM certified.

I played for 5 years at Hofstra University. I threw the first no hitter in school history, and was part of the second one a few weeks later. I played 2 years in the NECBL for the Ocean State Waves, a top summer collegiate league. I have also struggled with injuries through my playing days and know first hand the struggles student athletes can and do face. I know what helped me get through struggles and more importantly I learned what made me struggle.

Honest communication is a must. Getting to know what the athlete wants to work on. Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the athlete, what they feel they need and providing researched tips, tricks, personal experience etc to build a game plan that is easy to follow and improve over time.
