I have 20 years of experience playing and coaching basketball. I have 3 years of Head Varsity coaching experience and 5 total years at the Varsity level. I took a program that was 0-82 and led them to 3 victories my first year, then led the team to 6 victories in my second year at the school. I am currently a Varsity assistant coach at Jeffersontown High School in Louisville, Kentucky, one of the top programs in the state. I'm currently certified in CPR, AED and First Aid.

I helped lead our high school team to two KCAA state titles.
- 2002 Defensive Player of the year in KCAA.
- 2003 Defensive player of the year in KCAA.
- 2007 Highview Optimist League coach of the year, 2011.
- Honorable mention for coach of the year in the 3rd region.

Planning a session for a basketball player would consist on what the player needs to focus on his or hers specific game. I would need to see what she or he needs to work on and then plan and move foward.
