I have worked at many different locations. I have worked with girls university teams as a skills and development coach. I have also worked so many different youth camps from ages 5-17. I ideally like to work with 13-16 aged kids as they’re getting ready for that transition point in their hockey careers. I also have worked with many different camps on off ice programs. All my experience from playing hockey for 20+ years has been able to help me teach things I have come across through my journey to the upcoming hockey players.

I have played Major Junior hockey in the WHL, I won a national championship in Junior A hockey, I went and finished my degree while playing hockey for Concordia University and have played professional hockey as well.

Clients can expect a number of different things from me that could be video analysis of games, drills and exercises for specific training, off ice drills for skills/strength training. For example if a player comes to me I’ll have a progression of 3 stages to work on stick handling. First one is going to be off ice with a number of drills to focus on as a base which will be continuous. The next progression will be stationary drills (slight movement) at a stick and puck, and the final progression will be drills incorporating stick handling as the main focus in small areas.
