I've coached High School and Jr. Legion baseball in South Portland for 4 years. My Jr. Legion team has reached the State Championship 2 of those years and we hope to attend and win the NE Championship this August.

BASEBALL: '87 MVP South Portland Varsity Baseball (pitcher, outfield, 1st base); '88 Wooster Academy baseball MVP; '88 Prep School Tourney MVP (Wooster Academy won NE Championship); '89-'91 Relief Closer at Hofstra University (Div. I)
FOOTBALL: '86 first team All State running back and defensive back; One of 3 finalists for the Fitzpatrick Trophy in '87; Wooster Academy undefeated (only 2 way starter) season '87; 3 year starting receiver on Hofstra U. team which went 37-8 from '88-'91.

Verbal workout/conditioning planning, stretching, specific drills based on player's skill level/needs, and reinforcement of present skill ability.
