My sessions can be tailored to the individual, but are based off of the same principles. I use various equipment in different ways to keep things interesting for both me and the player. Firstly, it fuels my creativity, and secondly the engages the athletes challenging them in different activities. Here are a few of the equipment pieces I use and a couple examples of the workouts associated with each:
1.) Speed ladders- footwork such as icky shuffle, hopscotch, the "Ali," the slalom, and many many more. I can run workouts just with this piece of equipment for 15 minutes without running out of different footwork patterns that can include the ball
2.) Speed rings- good for plyometric jumping, long jumps, shuffling in and out, etc.
3.) Hurdles- I have 6 and 9 inch ones that I challenge players to jump with both feet, one foot each, marching, prancing, spin jumps (90 degrees and 190 degrees), and many more
4.) Agility poles- great for weaving in and out to train pushing off on the outside foot to explode in the opposite direction. Can easily be paired with the ball whether it be passing on the ground, heading, volleying, etc.
5.) Cone drills- I have different colors and I can set them up for several different activities that are easy to learn and easily be used at home. I use cones, but I understand not everyone has them. Be creative! Different colored paper cups, different colored flip flops/shoes work as well!

Client Reviews

My daughter (8 years old) just had her first lesson with Coach Sarah. I was impressed by the amount of training she was able to squeeze into just one hour. My daughter had fun and I was pleased that she had the opportunity to be mentored by an experienced female athlete.

Will absolutely look to schedule more sessions with Coach Sarah in the future!

In just one session with Coach Sarah I saw my son’s confidence building. He is a beginner, and with Sarah’s coaching I can see that he is going to make a lot a progress. My son is learning so much and having fun too! I highly recommend Coach Sarah.

Coach Sarah is phenomenal. She was able to tune right into what my two boys needed and focused her training to strengthen their skills where they most needed help. After just one session they were both begging to go back for more and I can already see improvement with their footwork. Can’t recommend Coach Sarah enough!

Sarah is great! My daughter loved her and all she's learning!

Sarah is great! My son doesn’t usually take to people quickly. She managed to get him to work with her as well as get him to push himself in the first session.

By the time I had gotten back to my house from where the session was held. I had already had a list of a few things that my son should work on.

I am glad I found someone that seems to love this game as much as my son does to give him guidance!

Coach Sarah has been an excellent coach for my 7 yr old son! She is a great motivator and excellent at teaching him what he needs to work on. Very pleased and highly recommend!

Sarah couldn't have been more perfect of a coach for my son. As well as making improvements in his soccer skills she showed him how hard he could push himself and built up some confidence for him. Plus! She's super fun!

Can't rate highly enough! The perfect combination of intense and encouraging. I had such a great time and have new drills to work on! Can't wait for my next session.

Coach Sarah gears each session towards the individual athlete so that it is challenging and rewarding. She provides great suggestions for improvement along the way.

Sarah was phenomenal! She spoke directly to my daughter and asked her a number of questions to get a sense of who she is, what position she plays, what position she’s most comfortable in. She reviewed the roles of each position. She taught her the importance of timing and counting her skills so she’d have a goal to strive to surpass. It was a great workout and my daughter was excited about all she learned! I highly recommend Sarah!!!

Coach Sarah is an excellent, inspiring coach! My daughter has had 2 sessions with her so far and has already improved and feels more confident. She has given her drills to practice and is very encouraging! We are looking forward to the next session! I would recommend Coach Sarah very highly!

Our first session went well. My 14 yr old is excited and looking forward to grow her agility and conditioning for high school soccer program.

My daughter learned so much in just one session. Sarah has great technical knowledge and was really clear in explaining things and answering questions.

Good connection with my daughter. Worked hard to understand her needs and has a wealth of ways to reach her goals.

Coach Sarah is great. She was very flexible in meeting my needs for time and location to train. The training was really fun and beneficial. Her comments are helpful and encouraging. Thank you!

Great few initial sessions. I like the way Sarah is very directive with my 10 year old son. Clearly trying to break him of a few bad habits, and develop others. She pushes hard, and challenges my child physically/ mentally, but in a very carei g manner. I would and will highly recommend her.

Coach Sarah was awesome! Both in listening to what we wanted to work on and helping work together to formulate a plan. During the session, she was great with my daughter. From my daughter's feedback, she enjoyed the session and learned a lot. We look forward to more in the future.

Engaging ; fun ; creative - A plus!

My daughter and I meet Sarah tonight for our first session. My daughter is ten and she was comfortable with Sarah and responded very well. Sarah did a complete walk through on goal keeping skills and drills with her. I was very surprised with was Sarah was concerned with how she could protect her body from jumping to bending to stopping a ball getting by my goalkeeper. I will be booking some more sessions with Sarah..

Coach Sarah is awesome. Her ability to get the best out of my daughter and keep her focused. My daughter's foot skills improved greatly and she now has the drills to work on at home. We will be booking more sessions with Sarah.

Coach Sarah is wonderful and you will have an amazing experience with her knowledge.

Coach Sarah was very professional and my son learned so much from her. She really worked him from start to end and he had fun and enjoyed it. He would even come home and want to show me what he learned and have me practice with him. Would def recommend coach Sarah!

My daughter was nervous at first to work with a new coach. Immediately after introducing herself she got right to work. The enthusiasm and energy was great to see and Elizabeth was very receptive and engaged. We are so happy that we chose the 3 sessions. She showed Elizabeth new skills and things she can work on. 1 session gave my daughter the self confidence she was lacking. Thanks coach Sarah!

My 15 year old daughter asked for help with her footwork, and boy did Coach Sarah show her moves she'd never been taught before. Coach Sarah did an amazing job keeping my daughter confident and engaged. We look forward to working with her again soon!

Coach Sarah did a great job with my daughter. It only took a few minutes for her to identify the deficiencies in her 1v1 technique and begin to work on those deficiencies. Beyond that, my daughter believes coach Sarah's instruction will make a difference as she looks toward her college tryout.

First session with Sarah was tremendous! Highly recommend!

Great first session with a review of the "little thungs" that can add up if not corrected.

Sarah was great. A perfect combination of motivation and encouragement.

I can not say enough about Coach Sarah... my 9 year old daughter responds so well to her and has really learned a lot. She absolutely loves working with her so much that she is disappointed if a session is cancelled due to the weather. We look forward to continuing training sessions

Coach Sarah is great - she can work with both adults and children and can motivate them both. She definitely has the skills to bring an athlete to the next level and isn't afraid to call them out when necessary! Great investment. Thanks Sarah!

We hired coach Sarah to work with our highschool daughter. She wanted to work on a few skills for her upcoming season. Coach Sarah worked on everything my daughter wanted. The drills and skills Coach Sarah did were amazing. We are looking forward to more sessions.

I booked one session with Coach Sarah just to see how this would go. After going to the session and watching her work with my 12 year old daughter I was impressed. She was very knowledgeable, she came with a plan, and she worked very hard for a solid hour. My daughter left saying she was very hard, but she liked it. I have just booked a block of sessions with her. Thank You Coach.

Sarah is a great coach. My daughter learned a lot in the 1 lesson that she's had so far. Can't wait to book the next 1!
