More About Coach Samuel

My biggest concern when coaching athletes is approaching and fixing limitations. I have a Master's in Exercise Physiology, CSCS, and NSCA-CPT. I have coached athletes of every level from high school hopefuls, college basketball teams and individual athletes, the University of Miami football Hurricanes, professional MMA fighters and Soccer players in the MLS and women's division. A year ago I opened a studio facility with two other trainers of the same credentials in Miami Florida.

As a high school basketball player I spent 4 years on varsity serving as the captain for 3 years, won two conference championships, and was a 1000 point scorer. As a college basketball player, I was part of a team who went to the conference championship 4 years in a row winning twice, and to the National Tournament twice.

The focus of each session is dependent on the goal of the athlete. I like to use the analogy that as a carpenter, to build a house you will never use one specific set of tools - you use the right tools for each specific job. If the athlete is looking to improve speed and agility, then a lot of cone drills, technique and stability will be utilized. If an athlete is looking to gain size and strength then resistance training is going to be the method used. I approach each individual as a separate case.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Not only are all the trainers knowledgeable and helpful but they're full of energy and happy to be at work. They ensure your health above all (unlike like past experiences I've had at cross fit gyms) and keep you going! I've bounced around a lot of gyms from kickboxing, boxing, spinning, etc and I feel like Bfit does an excellent job at targeting every single muscle in your body. Plus, the Saturday boot camp is a BLAST and a great way to get the weekend started. 10 stars to my new favorite gym!
B Fit is amazing. I have been working out with one of the trainers, Sam, for over a year and came with him to B Fit when they opened. Since I started working out at their gym I have become stronger, much more toned and slimmed down considerably. All of the trainers are super knowledgable, professional, and create a very tailored program to help you hit your fitness goals. The workouts start my day out on a great note. Saturday boot camps are a huge bonus, complimentary to members and only $10 for anyone else. It's great to get that extra sweat in to start off the weekend. I highly recommend B Fit and all of their trainers.
I just starting going to b-fit. A week in. Let me tell you that you won't be disappointed. They offer personal training, group sessions, nutrition. My experience with Sam been excellent. They're dedicated in helping people reach their goals. They make you feel comfortable, easy to talk to.
The team at B-Fit are extremely knowledgable when it comes to health & fitness. I have been going there for a couple of months now and have seen results not only externally but inside as well. The trainers there really care about their clients, taking the time to not only educate us as clients but to educate themselves on our strengths, weaknesses, injuries, etc. I have trained with quite a few trainers and gone to many gyms and B-Fit is definitely not your average training and can be challenging but they push you, keep you motivated, and guide you through all the exercises. Great gym! Whether it's one on one personal training, small group training or boot camp, it is always a great work out. I love the high intensity interval training. It has helped me get back in shape, lose weight towards my goal, and get back to doing what I love: cycling. The guys are great, always make me feel welcome and always push me more than I can push myself. I am really grateful to have found this place and the trainers there and look forward to continued training and even more results!
B Fit and its trainers provide an excellent service. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and professional and create a program tailored to your specific needs to help you reach your fitness goals. Also, weekend boot camps are a huge benefit for members! A great way to challenge yourself and compliment your weekly workout regimen. In the time I've worked out there I'm much stronger, healthier, and have developed great muscle tone.
Being a member at B-Fit has been an awesome experience! All of the trainers are extremely knowledgeable, not only in their training programs, but of each of their clients. The workouts created are unique and different - they really make sure the clients are in a fun atmosphere while also working towards noticeable results and fitness goals. I have trained with the B-Fit crew for years now, each and every time I'm blown away by their attention to detail, innovative workouts, and ability to get results. I used to do basic working out but wouldn't see much in the way of results...since training with B-Fit I have been able to drop some weight and put on a lot of muscle, all while staying healthy and flexible.
