During a goalkeeping session we'll first run through exercises that will expose skill level and previous training. I'll provide feedback about what is being done correctly, what habits need to be avoided, and how to improve their goakeeping. as our technique becomes more perfect the exercises become more intense with footwork and multiple shot/save repetitions.
During a general field player session we work on ball control(first touch, dribbling, passing, shooting). Once those skills are proficient we can move on to combining with other players. once those concepts are mastered we can work on position specific exercises to improve game knowledge and awareness.

Great lessons w/ skills training

Great 1st session and is very responsive with communication!

Coach Samuel has been wonderful with my 16 y/o son. He’s teaching him balance, control, and giving him tools to continue to practice between sessions. He was doing that before coaching but now he does it with a purpose and after just a few lessons the increase in his confidence and skill is noticeable!
