Certified in Boxing fitness , and a USA certified boxing coach.I hold a NASAM certification in MMA Conditioning. I'm a certified HIIT Coach as well as a Muay Thai Coach.

Warm-up (10 minutes):

Jump Rope: 3 minutes of jumping rope to increase heart rate and warm up the muscles.
Dynamic Stretching: Arm circles, leg swings, torso twists, and other dynamic stretches to loosen up the joints and muscles.
Shadow Boxing: 3 minutes of shadow boxing to further warm up the upper body and get the client accustomed to boxing movements.
Boxing Technique and Drills (20 minutes):

Jab-Cross Combination: Coach demonstrates proper form for the jab and cross punches, then the client practices the combination on the heavy bag or with focus mitts.
Hook-Uppercut Combination: Similar to the jab-cross, coach teaches proper technique for hooks and uppercuts, and the client practices the combination.
Footwork Drills: Coach guides the client through basic boxing footwork drills, including shuffling, pivoting, and circling around the bag or cones.
Cardiovascular Conditioning (15 minutes):

Heavy Bag Work: Client performs 3 rounds of 3 minutes each, alternating between punching combinations (jab-cross, hook-uppercut) and high-intensity intervals of non-stop punching.
Interval Training: Coach incorporates interval training techniques such as burpees, jumping jacks, or mountain climbers in between heavy bag rounds to keep the heart rate elevated.
Strength and Conditioning (15 minutes):

Bodyweight Exercises: Coach leads the client through a circuit of bodyweight exercises including push-ups, squats, lunges, and planks to build strength and muscular endurance.
Medicine Ball Exercises: Client performs exercises such as medicine ball slams, twists, and overhead throws to develop power and explosive strength.
Cool Down and Stretching (10 minutes):

Light Jog or Walk: Client performs a light jog or walk for 3 minutes to gradually bring down the heart rate.
Static Stretching: Coach guides the client through a series of static stretches targeting major muscle groups, holding each stretch for 20-30 seconds to improve flexibility and prevent muscle soreness.
Session Conclusion:
Coach provides feedback on the client's performance, discusses progress and goals, and offers any additional guidance or recommendations for at-home practice. The client is encouraged to hydrate and refuel with a post-workout snack or meal rich in protein and carbohydrates to support muscle recovery.
