More About Coach Ryan

My knowledge of the sport comes from the past 18 years of playing. I teach athletes in a positive and easily transferable method so they gain the confidence needed to excel. I use cutting edge training information to better my clients' game.

Session plans are tailored to each athlete differently. Everything we do is intentional and a plan is formulated by evaluating my client's goals. Overall assessment of movement, flexibility, and injury history is a normal starting place.

I believe that athleticism can be built and the body will perform higher than ever expected. Drills are tools I use to create solid fundamentals and concrete tools for which an athlete can build upon as they practice. The faster we can build technically sound skills the sooner reactions become second nature without having to consciously think about them. Therefore the outcome becomes a rapid speed of play leading to success in competition.

Please contact me and I can explain more about how I run a specific type of session!
