More About Coach Ryan
I have been doing individual coaching sessions since I graduate from Siena Heights University in 2013. I also have experience coaching both high school lacrosse and I was the head coach of Ferris State Men's club team for the last two years. I have trained kids playing at all levels with any experience level. I also can coach any position.
I played collegiality for Siena Heights University where I was all Conference and region. At Siena Heights I am the overall points leader, goal leader, and assist leader. I also hold records for single season points, goals and assists.
A typical session with me would be dependent on the client. Lacrosse IQ to me is the most important aspect of the game so we would definitely work on increasing that. Skills position to position vary so depending on your position we would work on the most important skills for that position. We would also have agility drills and speed drills for every position.
