My primary focus is speed, agility & footwork with a combination of touch, I want my clients to be comfortable running, turning, cutting etc at high speeds without the ball at their feet. Before doing it with the ball. After I introduce the ball into a session, I need to ensure they can properly control their body and feet and have the necessary balance & stability.
My secondary focus is touch. I want my clients to feel comfortable with the ball in all areas of their feet.

Coach Russell has a great ability to connect with young players, and definitely knows how to coach. He is very focused on the fundamentals of playing the sport, choosing to teach footwork and body positioning before moving to working with the ball.

Coach Russell was great on our first session. We started with some basic warmups and then moved on to some agility based workouts using cones and a ladder. I told him I'm basically starting as a level 0 soccer player so he did his due diligence to assess me properly and go from there.
Before we ended the session he gave me a few ball drills to work on before the next session.
One advantage to hiring Coach Russell is that he can point out small things that I'm doing that I wouldn't be able to notice or correct on my own.
