Started playing basketball at age 7. Played volleyball in elementary and high school level for St. Paul's College in the Philippines. Played basketball at the collegiate level for University of Santo Tomas Tigress Women's Basketball Team in the Philippines from 1994-1997. Also played for the Grand Forks Air Force Base Women's Basketball Team in 2003-2004. Silver Medalist MILO Best Center Sports (Women's Basketball)-1995.
I focus on strength, speed, footwork and court vision. A regular session will have ball-handling, shooting, passing, conditioning and defensive drills.
