Each athlete requires different attention in their areas of game. It all starts with bringing a positive attitude, work ethic, and the desire to improve in all aspects of the game. I intend to include parents in this process, and what their child/player needs relative to their athletic goals, or areas of strengths and/or areas of improvement the child/player needs to work on. Athletes can expect to work on offense, defense, developing approaches, pre-pitch anticipations, pitching, mechanical fixes, footwork, speed & agility, situational awareness, and hopefully having FUN in this process.
Lessons will start with dynamic stretching, speed work, then start the transition to defense, and finish with offense.
