My workout sessions are fun, competitive, and focus on the mastery of foundational skills. Typically I break the workout into a series of drills and competitions, each with a set objective or specific score to aim for. Trainees with be held to a high level of accountability in the details, but in a manner where they are able to attain progressive success and see their skills improving. Most importantly, workouts are set up so that they are stimulating and fun, and leave trainees hungry for more.

Great young and up and coming coach in the business. I have coached and play with Rosbie since college. He is a hard worker and will no doubt be a head coach on the college level one day
