I've been training student athletes for 11 years while placing multiple athletes in college programs and on high school teams.. I've have trained and continue to train athletes in the sport of basketball from ages 5 and up I have also coaching high school basketball(vanguard high school) 13-18 year old travel team for 9 years (ocala trilogy ) I'm a certified Mid florida high school basketball official. I am currently asst head varsity coach at vanguard high school.
Playing career: vanguard high school(class of 1994) rank #3 player in state of florida, Central Florida Community College 1994-1996 (juco state title, all National tourney team, juco all American shot 63% field goal shooting) Wichita State University (1996-99) all tourney team selections, team captain, first team defensive selection..dever nuggets camp 2001...USBL, FBA, ABA.. 2013- current..All playing at a high level for legendary coaches.. currently high school basketball coach.
My sessions are broken down into 4 components.. Each session last about 1 1/2hours or extended until I'm satisfied with your progression:
.Dribbling/shooting, .strength/conditioning
.footwork/agility/defense/rebounding
individual moves/finishing at the rim!
