I have been an AFAA certified trainer for the past five years specializing in functional training, running and health and wellness. I am also TRX certified and an RRCA certified running coach. I was inspired to get healthy and lose weight in my late 30's, I decided to become a personal trainer. I have been able to share my story and experience with others to motivate clients to achieve what they thought was not possible.
