More About Coach Ronnie

I have been a varsity baseball coach at Streetsboro High School since 2006. I coached at Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy from 2003-2005 and I also coached the 18U Diamond Dragons from 2004-2006. I have done private hitting instruction since 2005. I have coached and given private instruction for high school, college and professional baseball players. Lastly, I played semi-professional baseball for six years as well.

I played baseball at Lakeland Community College for two years. I played in the Junior Olympics and four straight AAU National Championships. I was awarded All Plain Dealer in high school for baseball as well.

I would typically start with some tee work where the focus would be on warming up and getting loose. I would move into some mechanical drills and then soft toss drills with video sessions incorporated. There is a heavy focus on advanced mechanics.
