More About Coach Ron

I have ran two youth camps in VA and CO. I train over 20 teenagers in individual workouts and would love to train within the ages of 13-21. I would like to continue to train ages 13-21 for the skill positions of point guard, shooting guard and a wing player that needs to become a scorer!
Stretching: 10 mins
Warm-up: 10 mins
Ball-handling: 15 mins ( depending on the different skill they want)
Shooting: 20 mins ( depending on the skill they want)
Cool down: 5 mins

- Allegheny College 94-96 (1 year starter); took 2nd place at the NJCAA DIV 1 in Hutchinson, Kansas
- Shaw University 97-99 (2 year starter) 2nd team All-CIAA in 1999
- Portugal, Lisbon (99-01) Played with team Portugal Telecom as the starting PG
- 8 time All-Army basketball player (1 gold medal, 2 silvers)
- 6 time Armed-Forces player (3 gold medals)

Being a PG and SG, I would mainly focus on ball handling, shooting and conditioning (at least 20-30 mins on each topic depending what skill the student wants to improve in).

Coach Ron, you are truly blessing to anyone who come to your training sessions. You started working with our son Amare a month ago to get him ready for the 9 year old and under National AAU tournament in Orlando, Florida. Today was his first game at the National AAU tournament here on Orlando, Florida.
